Patients need to be afforded the opportunity to review our labeling before purchasing our Genetic Health Risk, Cancer Predispositions, Pharmacogenetics, and Carrier Status reports* available here: www.gen4life.net If your patients are interested in participating in our service, they can purchase a kit at www.gen4life.net We also ask that you keep in mind that it is a violation of our Terms of Service (Section 15) for any third party, including a medical professional, to resell or redistribute 23andMe kits. During the registration process, there are a number of consent documents that each member must review, including, but not limited to, our Terms of Service, Research Consent and Biobanking Consent. Our Terms of Service contemplate a contract with, and are binding upon, the end-user customer (i.e. the individual providing his/her DNA), so it is important the end-user customer registers the kit.
